14.Pricing and Availability
Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website/Application are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered, we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund from Soul Chill. Delivery costs will be charged in addition; such additional charges are clearly displayed where applicable and included in the 'Total Cost'.
15.Payment
15.1. Payment for Orders must be made by an accepted credit or debit card through the Website/Mobile App or in cash to the Soul Chill at the point of delivery to, or collection by, you.
15.2 All online card payments are processed by our Stripe and funds are directly transferred to the Soul Chill Bank account. Upon receiving your order, payment processor carry out a standard authorisation check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a full payment against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been dispatched, the monies paid shall be used for the value of goods you have purchased as listed.
15.3 Once the order has been confirmed and payment taken from your account, you will be unable to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund. To change or cancel your order please contact Soul Chill, 14 Princess Way, Camberley Surrey GU15 3SP.= directly.
16. Refunds Policy
If you require a refund on a cash order, you must contact the Soul Chill, 14 Princess Way, Camberley Surrey GU15 3SP directly.
You have a legal right to receive goods which comply with their description, which are of satisfactory quality, and which comply with any specific requirements you tell us about (and we agree to) before you place your order. If you believe that the Items you have been delivered do not comply with these legal rights, please let us know. We may request a photograph showing the problem if it is something that can be seen by inspecting the Items. We will provide a refund in respect of the affected part of the Item, and also in respect of delivery if the whole order was affected, unless we have reasonable cause to believe that the problem was caused after delivery.
Prior to processing your refund, we may consider relevant factors including the details of the order, including your account history, what happened on delivery and information from the deliver drive.
If you have paid online via our website/mobile app then upon your refund request the money will be refunded to your bank account within 5-7 days.
If the money was paid in cash to the delivery driver or at the Soul Chill at the time of collection and not by card online at our website/Mobile App, then we cannot issue a card refund.
